World Wildlife Week Celebration in School

*Venue:*  Dyal Singh Public School, Main Branch, Karnal 

Participation:

• Total students participated:  460 approximately 

• Classes involved: 3 to 5

*Objective:* To raise awareness and promote conservation of wildlife among students.

Activities: Undertaken 

1.  Discussion : Class teachers highlighted  and spoke on wildlife conservation and its significance.

2.  Pledge Ceremony: Students took a pledge to protect wildlife and their habitats.

3. Educational Videos Screening : Students watched videos  on wildlife conservation.

The above mentioned  activities were undertaken  to increase awareness among students about wildlife conservation , encouraged students to take action for protecting wildlife and fostered a sense of responsibility towards the environment.
