Baisakhi Celebration 

Students of Dyal Singh Public School, DSC participated in Baisakhi assembly and Baisakhi Mela enthusiastically. This event held on 12.4.24 helped students to get acquainted with the rich culture and heritage of Punjab and they got to know about the traditions of this particular festival.

Assembly on Baisakhi

In assembly students of Aravali house highlighted the importance of the festival and it's significance was told in the form of speech,poem etc.Students of classes VIIIth and IXth presented a beautiful Punjabi dance.

Baisakhi Mela

Mela was organised by Social Studies Department .Stalls of toys, jewellery, Phulkari Dupatta etc.were put up nicely in Multi Purpose Hall.Students were dressed up in Punjabi attire and showcased Punjabi culture and Ms Kavita Taneja,Ms kamlesh ,Ms Pooja,Ms Neeti, Ms Gurmeet Kaur conducted this event. Principal Ms Sushma Devgun attended the event and shared her informative thoughts with the students.
